Dedicated LAN Access Services For companies looking to connect their LAN to the Internet for access and/or e-mail, we offer a wide range of high-speed dedicated connections. All LAN connections require a router and the appropriate connection (called the local loop). Our basic setup package includes ordering your local loop and providing configuration templates for Netopia or Cisco routers. The basic setup is for those customers working with LAN VARs or with sufficient experience to do-it-themselves. Junctionbox Internet Technologies offers optional Up-and-Rolling setup where we do everything to get your network online. Up-And-Rolling includes local loop ordering and coordination through our partnerships with the local loop provider, and the selection, ordering, test and installation of your router. (Router hardware is extra.) We recommend Up-And-Rolling setup unless you have experience with router configuration.
MetroLAN Dedicated LAN
Looking for a T1 DDS (1.5 Mbps) connection? Junctionbox MetroLAN provides customers with a router, a local loop connection, and Junctionbox's reliable Internet bandwidth, all for a single monthly fee. All billing is through Junctionbox. Select Junctionbox's Up-and-Rolling Setup and Junctionbox will do everything to get your network online. Up-And-Rolling includes local loop ordering, coordination and the onsite installation of your router. If you are working with a LAN VAR or if you have sufficient experience to get the line setup yourself, choose the Basic MetroLAN Setup. It includes ordering the local loop and configuring a Netopia router for your service. Pricing as low as $569 a month in selected locations on a multi-year agreement. It offers a broader selection of speeds - from 56kbps to 1.5Mbps (T1) - so it fits networks of all sizes. And it's a dedicated, up all the time, connection so you can host your own Internet services such as web and ftp services. We recommend using frame relay for more that 5 simultaneous users or if you want to host your own web server.
