If you're considering Exchange hosting, please start by trying a demo account. It's the only real way to know how well any service will perform in your environment, on your computers, with your Internet connection, through your firewall, in your unique situation.

Unlike some competitors, our demo is not focused on some complicated administrative interface you would need to learn. Our demo lets you actually try out an account, a real Exchange mailbox, that you can use to see what your day-to-day experience will be like.

How long will it take?
We usually reply to demo requests by the end of the day. Please allow enough time, when you decide to set up the demo account. We have step-by-step instructions in the tech support pages, but it will take time to configure your DNS settings, and create a new Outlook profile on your machine.

I got the demo account info, now what?
When you receive the demo account info, use the username and password provided to log in to the private tech support section of this website. Then follow the step-by-step setup instructions, which include screen shots, to configure Windows and Outlook so you can try the service.

What about firewalls?
Some firewalls and even some cable modems block the ports necessary to use Outlook and Exchange over the Internet. We'll send you a link to the firewall info page in our tech support section for more details. 

I tried the demo, it works great, now what?
After you've tried the demo account and you're ready to go ahead, there is a sign-up form that pulls together most of the information needed to get you started. Fill out the form and we'll contact you to verify the information and discuss anything that's unusual.
