Adding Addresses Form
When you need to
add an additional address to an existing mailbox, please
submit this form. It collects the information we need.
This is not the
same as adding a new mailbox, or adding a contact
record. This does not create a new entity in the address
list.
Here is an example.
Suppose a person named John P. Doe has a mailbox at
doesworld.com. His primary (reply) address on that
mailbox might be JPD@doesworld.com. He wants to also
allow people to send email to him at
doeboy@doesworld.com, and he wants that email to go
right into the same mailbox. His administrator would
fill out this form and specify doeboy@doesworld.com as
the additional address.
If the form doesn't fit what you need,
please send
an email with your information. You don't have to
use the form, it is only here to make things easier.
When we receive your form, we will make
the changes requested and send a confirming email in
reply, with the necessary details.
For security reasons, the email address
you provide below must match the address we have on file
for a person authorized to make changes for your
workgroup.
