In other words, it starts at $10 per month per user.
If you have 5 users, you can get started for $50 per
month. Each user gets a mailbox with at least a 100 MB
storage limit. People who need more capacity can upgrade
to bigger mailboxes as shown above.
The storage limit works on a per-mailbox
basis.
Minimum number of users
You need to have at least 5 users in your company to
qualify for the pricing shown above. If you have fewer
than 5 users, a minimum $50 per month total billing
applies. Reach the $50 minimum through any combination
of services.
Public Folder Storage Space
Your workgroup is allocated an amount of public
folder storage space equal to 100 MB times the number of
users.
For example, a workgroup of 10 users is allocated a
total of 1,000 MB of public folder storage space (10 *
100 MB).
This public folder storage space allocation is
separate from and in addition to the mailbox storage
space. Public folder storage is calculated in
aggregate for the workgroup, in contrast to mailbox
storage which is a separate limit for each user.
Extra public folder storage space is $20 per GB per
month. You can create and delete as many public folders
as you wish. We don't track how many folders you have,
just how much storage space you use.
Setup charges

There is no setup fee. We invoice monthly, quarterly, six months
or yearly. Your first invoice will be for
the remainder of the current calendar month,
pro-rated for the number of days remaining. You
can pay by credit card or we can invoice your
company. |
Software (Outlook)

If you don't already have the
latest version of Outlook (2003), you can download
it from our FTP site (available only to Exchange
Hosting Service customers). |
Anti-Virus
Server-based anti-virus protection is
included.
Anti-Spam
Server-based anti-spam is included.
VPN
VPN (Virtual Private Network) based connectivity is
available at no extra charge. VPN is optional, you don't
need to use VPN to connect, but you can if you want to.
OWA for PDA and OWA for WAP
In addition to Exchange 2003's full featured Outlook
Web Access, we also offer special versions of Outlook
Web Access that are optimized for display on the screen
of a PDA or WAP enabled device such as a cell phone.
There is no extra charge for this capability.

Mailboxes larger than 1000 MB
are available. Pricing on the extra space is $20
per GB per month. For example, a 2000 MB mailbox
would be $50 per month 3000 MB would be $70, etc. |
